7 months

Baby girl is about 7.5 months old now! It's kind of crazy. We were hoping to be living with Daddy in Africa by now but things have become delayed once again. Its extremely frustrating...but oh well. There's not much I can do.

The good news is that we have an oifficiual plkane ticket now and should have our completed visas in a couple days ( despite a very cranky person at the consulate). This is good timing because Aliuce is on learning hyperdrive!

Some fun things she does now:

1. She says "mama" and "mamee" all the time now...we are working on dada...but no luck yet
2. She can pull herself up! She mostly does it by grabbing on to me but she's also done it by grabbing the edge of her bath tub and giving me a heart attack.
3. She gets on all fours in position to crawl. It's going to happen soon so we definitely need to get to Africa so daddy doesn't miss it!
4. Baby girl is also starting to teeth. Poor baby. Here's to hoping we can get through it before getting on the 14 hour plane ride!

I am doing good myself. I have been staying with a friend here in Houston. It's been fun to see everyone!
