The inspection went well! There's a whole slew of "Honey-do's" for Phil and I to take care of, but nothing crazy popped up!
Next on to appraisal and closing!!!

On a side note, last Friday is iced in Houston. Any road off of the ground was solid ice. Turns out Texas panics at the thought of ice and in Houston alone there were over 750 accidents in 12 hours. rough. Phil and I stayed inside.
