I know I shouldn't get TOO excited yet, because it's still possible that it doesn't go through, but it feels oh-so-close.
If it goes through we'll have our house by March!
It's a foreclosure, so we've definitely got some cosmetic work to do. ie, new carpet, paint and things of that nature.
We'll have room for all of you to come stay with us!
I'm having fun dreaming of all of the crafts and decorating I'll get to do!
